A large, black leather Tome, bound on the edges in shining silver, with platinum stylized as shields on each corned of the tome.

The contents tell the story of the Silver Order, an order of Paladins and Clerics sworn to the eradication of all Undead on Sentretta, with operatives in most cities throughout the known world.

The contents are set during the time of the leadership of an Elven Paladin of Telemvor, Marketh, seemingly around 844 NR from the events discussed.

The order was embroiled in a number of conflicts in his time, and many strategies and tactics are discussed, along with theories and reflections on the events of other times.

Annals are the private histories of knightly chapters and orders, and typically kept in the forts and strong places of the Order.

Sometimes, these Tomes may be lent to wandering Knights of the Order to study and reflect upon as they journey, and, if tragedy strikes, become lost.

If returned to the Silver Order, there is likely to be some type of interaction or perhaps even a reward.

Reading and reflecting with the party on this Tome nightly will raise the History ability for all party members by 1 point.

However, it is to be noted, this is similar to reading someone's private journals, and would be a behaviour that would be frowned upon under standard cultural viewpoints on morals.
